Refund policy

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened.
We do accept returns for unopened jars, refills, or accessories within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
