Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $45.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea.
