How can I place an order?
You can shop directly on our website by browsing our collections and adding your favorite teas to the cart. Checkout is quick, secure, and simple.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I apply a discount code?
Yes! Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
How do I know my order was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details right after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. International shipping may be added in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $45.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
What is your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please email us with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
